iMandarin Training
iMandarin Training is a division of the well-known Shanghai NeWorld Training Group that was founded in 1997 . The NeWorld Group specializes in language training, including: Japanese, English and Business English. They also offer computer training. In 2003 Tina Xiang was asked to head a new subsidiary group focusing mainly on Mandarin language training. Thus iMandarin was created.
At iMandarin we pride ourselves on providing Chinese language training to multi-national corporations and foreign individuals in Shanghai. In Addition to offering specialized language courses, we also offer corporate training and consultation services. In our eight years, we have served numerous clients and always strive to provide first class service.
We have four conveniently located campuses to accommodate our many clients. Each campus has professionally trained Chinese language teachers whose chief concern is facilitating their students' language development.

Our Teaching Philosophy (teaching methodology)
Our interactive teaching methods provide a relaxed learning environment.
Our general teaching method can be divided into four areas:
- Comprehension: learning new words are important for understanding the text , so vocabulary is covered first.
- Recognition: learning how to write and use the words in the textbook.
- Practice: students are encouraged to practice using the newly words and sentence structures acquired.
