The School
Established in 1969, this family run school is located in 2 fine old buildings close to the University in Clifton - the best area of town.
The school is well equipped with 17 classrooms, 2 language laboratories /self access centres, 2 computer rooms, common rooms and gardens.
Our Teachers
We have more than 20 teachers in our school. Every one of them is a native speaker and has a degree, professional qualifications and considerable experience. The school has a reputation for care and attention for each individual student.
Courses
General English Course
Includes grammar, pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading and writing. If your level is upper-intermediate or above, you can also choose an elective in Business English, British Life and Culture or Conversation on two afternoons per week.
Cambridge Examination Preparation Course
Preparation for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE), Certificate of Advanced English (CAE), First Certificate in English (FCE), and the Preliminary English Test (PET).
English Foundation Course (preparation for university entrance)
Includes General English (mornings) and IELTS preparation on four afternoons per week.
Accommodation
We believe that we have some of the best accommodation in England. Since there are very few language schools in Bristol, it is not difficult for us to find quality homestays, flats and student's residential accommodation close to the school.
- Homestay accommodation
Includes bed, breakfast, evening meal and all meals at weekends. Students stay in comfortable homes in the best areas of town. It is a school policy never to place students who speak the same language in the same home.
- Self-catering options
Independent student houses or flats, or self-catering in family homes. Available all year.
