ATOLL JUNIOR

Learning method for teenagers
Our classes take a maximum of 15 students, mainly German, Spanish, Italian or Scandinavian.
Our classes are systematically grouped by level, as determined on the first day by a written assessment test followed by an individual oral test with a teacher. There are 4 different levels :
* Beginner * Elementary : A1 + A2* * Intermediate : B1 +B2* * Advanced : C1 +C2*
* as determined by the Council of Europe Common European Framework of Reference.
Some courses will take place during guided tours or in various locations, to give students a total immersion in the French culture.
All our classrooms are equipped with audio and video equipment.
At the end of your stay, your progress will carefully be assessed and noted on the individual certificate of evaluation presented to you.
All our teachers are all graduated of french universities. All have proven experience in the teaching of French to young foreign students. They are experienced in teaching kids and will tailor their lessons according to the age, areas of interest and concentration abilities of their pupils.
They offer well-rounded courses based on a dynamic teaching method, which favors their young pupils' involvement.
The media you are dealing with everyday (cartoons, songs, TV shows, movies) are used to increase your efficiency of both written and oral understanding.
Accommodations for teenagers
Immersion in a host family
For those looking for total immersion within French culture, a Host family is the ideal choice. By staying with a family, you will gain an understanding of France from the inside. You will be living in a comfortable home and often sharing in the everyday life of your hosts, and sometimes even participate in their family activities. You may opt for a single room or to share a room with another student.
On Campus When you opt to stay on campus, you can be sure of finding a whole infrastructure especially reserved for you, in addition to your courses. You will find yourself living and working with students from all over the world in an enriching and stimulating "club" atmosphere.
In Residence Residence accommodation is an alternative for campus accommodation as campuses are only available in summer (July and August). You will be accommodated in a double room . You will benefit from more autonomy in your everyday life.
Activities and excursions For those who prefer to stay on campus, or who do not have parental permission to go out unaccompanied in the evenings, there is still plenty of fun devised by our organizers. Night and day, the mood is good!
Example of activities :
* Guided tour of Monaco, Nice, Cannes * Barbecue evening or "crêpes party" * Disco evening * Visit of a theme park (Marineland, Disneyland Paris) * Sailing afternoon * Firecamp evening * Visit of the Eiffel Tower * Visit of the Louvre museum
