Our School
The Vis-A-Vis partner school in Annecy is situated just a couple of minutes away from the old town centre with the lake 15 minutes on foot. It has modern, well equipped classrooms, a large common room, the possibility to play billiards and a fitness room.
The summer courses in Annecy are very popular, so it is advisable to enrol well in advance.
The school is supervised by the University of Lyon and is an officially recognised examination centre.
COURSES
Intensive Course
* 20 lessons of 55 minutes duration per week.
* Classes Monday to Friday.
* Average group size 14, maximum group size 18.
* All levels, from beginner to advanced.
* All students are actively involved in the lessons and continuously encouraged to speak the language both inside and outside the classroom.
* Minimum age: 16
Activities and excursions
* Annecy is ideal for any type of water sport in the summer.
* The school organizes lectures, video evenings, parties, cooking classes and excursions to Lyon, Geneva, Torino or Mont Blanc.
* From October to July, the school organizes weekly day trips to the larger ski resorts in the Alps, such as Chamonix, Avoriaz, Les Portes-du-Soleil, Tignes and Val d'Isère

ACCOMMODATION
Student Residences
Single room consisting of bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. You will have the oportunity to mix with many other students.
The school in Annecy has its own special accommodation office who work very hard to ensure the quality of the accommodation offerd to students and who are on hand to help with any accommodation queries you may have durring your stay in Annecy.
Student Flat
Single rooms with TV and shared small kitchen, bathroom, toilet and telephone. The ideal choice if you want to live independently but also like to have close contact with your fellow students.
Host Families
You can choose to live with a local host familiy. These are carefully chosen by our team at the school in Annecy. Only single rooms on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner) are available.
