OUR COURSES
Because we are convinced that when you are learning a foreign language, nothing is more important than being in constant contact with a specialised mother-tongue teacher, in the country where this language is spoken.
The most natural, least stressful way of getting to grips with a foreign language is to pass the entire day in a family setting, where a number of hours of “quot;formal”quot; teaching are interwoven with numerous other moments that invariably stimulate language learning (TV, lunchtime conversation, walks, trips, etc.).
METHODOLOGY
bolognalingua is not a typical language school. We are a small group of teachers (3), all with university degrees and a knowledge of at least two languages, and all specialised in the teaching of Italian to foreigners. We place great importance on the use of a direct method of teaching, based on communicative stimuli that encourage and support the use of current-day Italian from the very beginning.
When you book your course you are asked to fill in a form stating your existing knowledge of Italian, together with the objectives you are hoping to achieve, as well as the type of accommodation you would like.
Accommodation
We have learnt from our own experience that in order to guarantee some private time, adult students like to be free in the evening (from 5 p.m. onwards) for their evening meal and entertainment.
We offer our students a free accommodation booking service at one of the following:

* a bedroom in a flat with a family
* a farm guest house
* small apartment
