Arabic courses:
Study Arabic with teachers experienced in teaching Arabic as a second language. Instructors hold a master's degree in education and have teaching experience ranging from four to seven years.
Option 1: Classes: held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 5 days a week for 4 weeks; additional 3 hours of private instruction. Most importantly, we guarantee maximum benefit from your classes and your teacher, as we do not exceed the number of five students per class.
Option 2: Private lessons:
Private one-to-one lessons are also available for those interested. Classes may be tailored to personal interests and needs, such as politics, grammar, business, Islamic studies and dialects, etc.
Accommodation
Enjoy your stay in the world's oldest, continually inhabited city!
Private rooms are available in a quiet corner of the old city of
Damascus in the Christian quarter near St. Thomas Gate (Bab Tuma).
For your information: the rooms are situated in a traditionally Arabic styled house with an open courtyard, -- washing machine, kitchen, and hot water are available.
Students are free to arrange their own housing elsewhere if they wish.
Traveling
Four one-day excursions to visit surrounding Crusader castles, Aramaic villages, and the Roman ruins of Palmyra are planned, according to preference and/or request.
