Course Type

AIP offers different Spanish courses in Valencia varying the duration and the teaching content. Select dates and Spanish course and inform your agent or directly to us about your plans.

All our Spanish courses in Valencia are focused to familiarize participants with the culture, the way of life and the habits of a Spanish city, mixed with the traditions of a typical Mediterranean city.

· Basic: 20 Spanish lessons per week / 4 lessons every day.

Spanish courses in Valencia start all year around except for students with no Spanish skills. Duration of the lessons: 45 minutes.
Maximum students per class 10 (average of 6). Timetable: Morning from 9:00 to 14:00.

· Basic +: 20 Spanish lessons plus 5 lessons/week of Spanish cultural lessons and activities .

Basic Plus Spanish Course in Valencia combines Spanish cultural lessons and activities led by the teacher. Spanish culture modules are organised in blocks of 3 lessons from Monday to Wednesday and a two hours activity (outside the school), usually on Thursday afternoon. The content of the modules changes each month.

· Business: 20 Spanish lessons plus 5 lessons/week of Spanish Business Language.

These Spanish courses in Valencia have been designed for those who wish, in addition to gaining a solid grasp of the Spanish language, to acquire a more detailed knowledge of the Spanish use in the world of business. A minimum of three students per class is required, if not AIP will offer you 2 hours at week of one to one of business course (one or two students in class).

· Business +: 20 Spanish lessons plus 5 lessons/week of Spanish cultural lessons and activities plus 5 lessons/week of business course.

· DELE: 20 Spanish lessons plus 5 lessons/week of Spanish Official Exam preparation D.E.L.E.

Examination Preparation Module for DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) 5 Spanish lessons per week prior to the exam. Usually from April to Mid May, from July to Mid August and from October to mid November with a minimum number of 3 students. If there is not 3 students, AIP will offer you 2 hours at week of one to one of DELE course (one or two students in class). The fees for the extra lessons do not include the examination fee itself (120 euros approx.).

· DELE +: 20 Spanish lessons plus 5 lessons/week of Spanish cultural lessons and activities plus 5 lessons/week of DELE course.

· One to One”: The total Spanish lessons per week will depend on the student's needs.

Half Day Activities in Valencia

AIP has a guide specialized in tourism devoted full-time to organize activities, excursions and trips. Besides, he will help you to make your adventures come true while you stay in Valencia, Spain.

Valencia was the most important financial and cultural capital in the Mediterranean in the 15th and 16th centuries. This noble past is revealed in each one of the stones of its historical center that it will surprise you.

Besides, the easygoing and extroverted character of the Valencians is sure to be reflected in the many fiestas and cultural activities held throughout the year in this land. The best well known festivals are Las Fallas de San José in the middle of March and La Tomatina (the tomatoes fight) de Buñol in August.

Excursions and Field Trips

Knowing the Spanish culture means to get to know their people and towns. Find below an example of excursion that have always been successful:

Excursion to Sagunto and Peñíscola:
Sagunto is a town which offers a two-millennia history. The remains of the castle wind around the ridge above Sagunto for one mile. Students will visit constructions made by Romans, Goths, Moors, and Christians.

Peñíscola is a typical Mediterranean city that has a fantastic scenery: the deep blue of the sea and the immaculate white of its houses with unique roof patterns, and beautiful beaches. This city is surrounded by water except at one spot.

Activities in Natural Parks

We offer the possibility of enjoying different optional excursions in some of the most amazing natural landscapes in Valencia, combining the learning of mountain sports such as rafting, hiking and kayaking with the knowledge of a rural area and its people. The most entertaining way of knowing the Spanish rural area of a typical Mediterranean region!

Weekend Trips

We strongly believe that weekends have to be fully enjoyed. This is the time to leave Valencia and take the opportunity to visit other areas in Spain.

Among the Spanish cities that are of the most interest to our students are Barcelona and Madrid. Both cities are located just three hours from Valencia by train.

Sample Weekend trips organized:

* Frequency: From June to September there are 2 trips every month (3 days length).
* Rest of the year (except November, December and January): 1 per month.
* Main destinations in Spain: Barcelona, Granada, Seville and Ibiza during Summer months.

Morocco Tour

The Morocco tour deserves a special section due to the important and positive challenging character that this trip offers to the students.

We all know the importance of studying abroad for the student in order to get to know and respect other cultures. Therefore, Morocco offers itself as an excellent chance of knowing another country so close to Spain (only 9 miles) and so far culturally speaking.

It is really a challenging tour in which the students will show their ability to adjust to such a different way of life. Of course, safety is totally guaranteed and we have the security of knowing it will become a unique experience for the students.
