Aurora Andina Spanish School

Aurora Andina is a Non Profit Association located in Cusco, Peru. Our mission is to teach the Spanish language and to promote Peruvian and Latin American Cultures in order to foment multicultural integration. Our Spanish courses and volunteer programs open you up to world of discovery and offer the opportunity to learn, experience foreign cultures and contribute to communities in Cusco.
About Learning Spanish Our method is original to Aurora Andina and focuses on communication and the four skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking), with the support of audio-visual material in the classroom. Our students also learn about our customs, culture, history and the way of life of Peru. We complement classes with excursions, so that the whole city becomes a language classroom. Aurora Andina also offers other cultural immersion courses, such as Quechua (the most widely spoken native language), Salsa, Folklore, Archaeological Astronomy, Ancient Art Restoration Techniques, among others.
Other Services Aurora Andina develops volunteering programs within the framework of Cusco`s social programs, both in the city itself and in the rural communities, in areas such as education, health, the environment and sustainable tourism, for example. Volunteering is an opportunity for our students to practice Spanish with native speakers while collaborating in social projects. Aurora Andina also offers home stays with welcoming local families, in comfortable houses, at affordable prices. The service includes all meals in the family environment.
