Why Spanish in Patagonia? * Because there is an amazing nature and so much to discover. * Because Bariloche has the most important ski resorts in Latin America. * Because Patagonia has a fascinating indigenous history and culture. * Because Patagonia is happening! The University: Our Spanish Programs in Patagonia are in partnership with "Universidad Santo Tomas de Aquino", a top University in Argentina. The university was founded in 1970 and is worldwide known for its excellence in teaching staff and facilities. The Spanish Language Department is located in Bariloche city, surrounded by woods, beautiful mountains and lakes. Your Spanish classes will be held in the same building as foreign language classes for Argentinean students, creating opportunities to make local friends and find a language partner. Teachers: All teachers are Argentine native speakers, trained and experienced in teaching Spanish as a second language. All of them hold a university degree and most have traveled to other countries to teach Spanish. Classes: Classes are held every day from Monday through Friday, usually starting at 9 am. The average class size is 6 students and cover grammar, writing skills, reading comprehension and conversation.
