Horizon Training & Translation offers English language courses to students of all ages and levels of proficiency. Students may take one-to-one courses or join a group, according to their needs and schedules. Our courses aim to meet the demand of English both at the workplace and in everyday situations. What is important at Horizon Training & Translation is the fact that we adapt to your needs and thus design tailor-made courses. -Our staff consist of University graduate professionals and courses are supported with authentic listening and video material. -Not only do we offer our courses at our centre in San Isidro, but we also go to your company so that you can get training at your place. Courses: * General English Regular courses: they take place twice a week, in 90-minute sessions. Groups are small and they often run between March-April and December. These courses focus mainly on the communicative approach, that is, exchanging information and getting your message across is paramount. Objectives: - To handle everyday situations. - To learn “real” English in order to hold “natural” Conversations. - To learn both informal and formal English. - To express ideas, opinions, feelings. - To acquire the right vocabulary for different situations. * Intensive courses:they are tailor-made according to the student’s needs and schedule. *One-to-one tuition: : private lessons are available to those who prefer them for any reason. * Conversation:for some people, it is essential to improve their Oral Skills, so this is the course for them. * International Exams: students may choose to take at the end of their course any of the several exams available on the market. * Courses for Specific Purposes: they deal in different topics: Marketing, Finance, Tourism, Telephoning, Correspondence, Meetings, Negotiations. * Business English:for those who need to use English at work. Students may opt for an International Exam at the end of the course.
