The birthplace of Jacopone da Todi, one of the most famous poets in Italian literature, our city offers the prestigious "Center of Medieval Studies", art and antique exhibitions which display traditional local workmanship, flea markets, and music and theater festivals. Thanks to its central location, Todi is the ideal starting place to visit Umbria, only 30 minutes from the principal cities of art and culture such as Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto and Assisi and only 90 minutes from Rome and Florence.
